The hackathon will be hosted at Roslyn High School on December 6th from 9 am to 5 pm. 

 

Eligibility

All middle or high schoolers are eligible to attend!

 

Project and Submission Requirements

All projects must be submitted on Devpost with the source code. Judging will be done offline after all projects are submitted. Any project that was done during the hacking period is eligible for submission. 

 

Code of Conduct

Our hackathon is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age. sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, political views, previous hackathon attendance or lack of, computing experience or lack of, or chosen programming language or tech stack.

We do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any hackathon venue, this includes hacks, talks, presentations, demos, workshops, social media, or any other online media

Hackathon participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the hackathon without a refund at the discretion of the hackathon organisers.

AI Policy

AI tools are meant to support and accelerate learning and problem-solving skills, not to bypass the learning process or generate entire projects without effort. Projects that clearly involved little to no effort will be disqualified from winning prizes. Attendees should be prepared to explain elements of the code to prove their ability.
